Former 'Clueless' star Stacey Dash is a divorcee once again after a judge's decision to sign off on her divorce from husband and fellow actor Emmael Xuereb. Xuereb was her third husband after six years spent with producer Brian Lovell between 1999 and 2005 and just a year's marriage to James Maby between 2005 and 2006.
Dash had initially filed for divorce from the 46 year-old Xuereb in January of 2010, reports the LA Times. At the same time she also successfully obtained a restraining order against him, alleging at the time that she was repeatedly beaten by him in the face, head and body. She and Xuereb were married in 2007.
Since starring in 'Clueless' as diva Dionne in first the 1995 film and then the ensuing TV series, Dash's career has somewhat struggled to ignite with a series of casually received films and television shows. Recently the 45 year-old was playing the character of Valerie in Vh1 show 'Single Ladies' but has had to leave, explaining back in August that "I have to be back in L.A. with my children right now and the 'Single Ladies' shooting location makes that impossible."
Though she had no children with Xuereb, she has a son and daughter from a previous marriage.
