JAMES BOND star Daniel Craig is to film the next 007 film in Scotland in the depths of winter.
The actor is to shoot the final parts of the movie at Duntrune Castle, near Lochgilphead in Argyll.
According to unconfirmed reports, the film will be called Skyfall.
It is believed the castle will be used for location shots of the spy's ancestral home.
Interior scenes will be shot in the studios in London.
But those hoping that Craig will recreate his topless scene from his Bond debut, Casino Royale, might be left disappointed.
Filming takes place in February -- and the action is to be set in freezing weather.
Patricia Malcolm, who lives in the castle with her husband, Robin, said it was "very exciting" but confessed she was a fan of earlier Bond Sean Connery.
