Noel Gallagher wants his kids to become musicians, but admits the industry is ''a bit strange for girls.

The 44-year-old rocker - who has daughter Anais, 11, and sons Donovan, four, and one-year-old Sonny - explained while he is keen for his sons to eventually share his passion for music, he thinks the industry is "a bit strange for girls".

He said: "It's the best job in the world. I hope they will be musicians one day.

"It's just the music business is a bit strange for girls. But the two lads I would encourage thoroughly."

Despite it being thought Noel could reunite with his brother Liam for an Oasis performance at next year's London 2012 Olympic Games following their feud over the breakdown of the band two years ago, Noel insists he doesn't "give a s**t about the Olympics".

Asked whether the pair plan to reform Oasis, he told Celebs On Sunday magazine: "Every time I mention that little flower's name, he sues me. Which is all very silly.

"The Olympics? Are you out of your f***ing mind? Nobody gives a s**t about the Olympics."
