Kelly Brook: Underwear is important

Kelly Brook thinks it's "all about the foundations" when dressing a curvy frame.

The British beauty is famed for her womanly figure, and regularly wows in chic pieces that show off her curves to perfection.

Kelly knows how to dress for her shape, and says the secret lies in supportive under garments.

"Good fitted underwear. It's all about the foundations girls!" she advised when asked how to best dress curves.

Kelly admits her style has evolved over time. The actress-and-model likes to show off her slim frame in glamorous dresses that work for any occasion.

"I buy a lot more classic pieces that will last and I've learnt what suits me - anything that nips me in at the waist works because I'm curvy," she explained.

"My style is feminine, sexy and classic with a nod to the 50s."

Kelly loves to shop. The stunning star has revealed her last fashion buy.

"An Isabel Marant fringe dress," she said. "I wore it to the Giles show at London Fashion Week."

Kelly looks to other beautiful women in the industry for style inspiration. She has revealed the best fashion advice she's ever heard.

"Sophia Loren once said 'A dress should be like a barbed wire fence. Serving its purpose without obstructing the view,'" she quipped.
