JUSTIN Bieber and Selena Gomez have reportedly split over his choice of celebrity mates.

Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez's relationship has apparently hit the skids after Justin brought R&B singer Sean Kingston - who was jailed aged 11 for breaking and entering - to one of his girlfriend's concerts in Florida.

Selena has also told Justin to avoid infamous rapper pal Lil Wayne, who has been convicted of gun and drug possession charges, and 'Next To You' collaborator Chris Brown, who notoriously assaulted his then-girlfriend Rihanna in 2009.

Clean-cut Selena is said to disapprove of the ne'er do wells her boyfriend's been hanging out with, and her concerns have led to heated arguments between the two.

It's that classic teen romance conundrum, with JB being forced to choose between his buddies and his beautiful girlfriend.

But with friends like that, who needs enemies?
