Emma Watson feels insecure being Emma Watson

She’s one of the most famous 21 year olds on the planet, but Harry Potter actress Emma Watson has admitted she feels insecure being herself.

The pretty actress has spoken about posing during photo shoots, and revealed that she finds it easier to take on a character when she’s being snapped. “Being myself is a lot of pressure. I feel a lot more insecure being Emma than if I take on a character."

Despite her shyness, Emma is developing a love of fashion photography – which is handy as she’s getting more and more modelling work,

“The more I do this, the more I learn what makes a photograph. I love fashion photography, I love partnering with photographers rather than sitting there like a vegetable.”

Speaking to i-D about her recent photo shoot for the lifestyle mag, Emma told how she developed a character of a French maid (ooh, saucy), so she could feel more comfortable,

“This is the second time I've worked with Mariano [Vivanco]. He's like my naughty big brother. We do our own thing, leave the world behind and go off to create and invent stuff together.”
