Mark Wright was beaten in Saturday night's I'm A Celebrity final by McFly's Dougie Poynter, but was undoubtedly one of the most talked about contestants in the show's history.

The TOWIE star said following the runner-up announcement: 'I’ve won by being here. It’s not a competition, it’s the experience of a lifetime and I’ve loved every minute of it.'

But despite missing out on being crowned king of the jungle Wright looks set to be a winner in terms of job opportunities following the show, with sources saying he has been made 'substantial money offers' including an exclusive television package, an aftershave sponsorship and a big bucks deal with a major supermarket.

An industry insider said: 'Mark’s feet won’t hit the floor. The phones have been ringing off the hook with offers of work.

'It’s been huge. He has modelling contracts, clothing deals, TV projects galore and a massive fragrance deal all on the table. It’s been a truly incredible reaction.'

Believed to be coveted for his easy-going ways and good looks, Channel 5 and ITV are also reportedly in a bidding war to lock him into a golden handcuffs deal.

The source continued: 'ITV see Mark as somebody who possibly could become a really big presenter for their brand, and end up fronting shows on the channel on Saturday nights.

'This time next year he will be sitting in an Essex mansion and he will have a career. TOWIE will seem like light years away for him.'

Interest was particularly high in Mark during the show after he became romantically linked with campmate Emily Scott.

Following his exit from I'm A Celebrity Wright hinted that the pair plan to spend time with each other away from the jungle, saying: 'She is a lovely girl to be around. She can come to Essex and we can hang out.'
