50 Cent has announced plans to release a fitness and cooking guide book.
The rapper - real name Curtis Jackson - has agreed a deal with Avery Books to publish Formula 50: A 6-Week Total Body Transformation Plan in January 2013.
The guide will show Jackson's metabolic resistance training regime, and will come with his own nutrition guide.
Jackson said that he hopes to help people "make positive changes and take charge of their overall health".
He has previously released the novels Playground and Pieces to Weight, The 50th Law.
Formula 50 will be co-written by Bodybuilding.com's Jeff O'Connell.
