OH DEAR, it looks like someone had a bit of a Fail Whale moment at the Grammy nominations show last night. Nicki Minaj's name was misspellt during the announcement for Best New Artist, with poor Bruno Mars left standing next to the world's biggest spelling error. Nicki's first name was spelt "Niki" on the huge screen behind Bruno, who was announcing the nominees. Oops! Twitter was ablaze with comments from the singer's fans, who were clearly enraged by the whole ordeal and questioning whether Nicki had actually been nominated (that's a bit far, eh?). Meanwhile, Nicki - who was presenting some nominees (well that makes it an extra FAIL then, doesn't it?) - didn't seem to notice as she tottered on to the stage to announce the Record of the Year nominees.
