The 17-year-old pop singer, currently dating Disney star Selena Gomez, found himself at the centre of a media storm after Yeater claimed Bieber was the father of her three-month son.
She alleged that Bieber had taken her backstage following a concert in Los Angeles last October, with the pair apparently enjoying a 30-second tryst in a bathroom.

While Justin strenuously denied the claims and said he had never met Yeater, she vowed to prove that the allegations were true and claimed to have given evidence to her attorney which proved Bieber was the father of her child. Justin later confirmed he would submit to a paternity test – and would sue Yeater and her lawyers for making a false claim.
It seems this was enough to encourage Yeater to change her mind about pursuing the claim, with US showbiz website TMZ reporting that she has dropped the paternity lawsuit.
TMZ also claim that her lawyers, Lance Rogers and Matt Pare, have withdrawn from the case.
Earlier this week Bieber dismissed the claims as 'rubbish', saying that he and girlfriend Selena Gomez hadn't allowed the rumours to affect their relationship.
'Selena is doing great – like me, she just ignores things,' he told Star magazine.
'She had to get used to some pretty horrible stuff being said about her on Twitter when we got together and has learned to ignore all the rubbish.'
