David Walliams and Lara Stone cosy up after his swim

David Walliams was given a great big bear-hug by wife Lara Stone on Saturday when the Little Britain funny man stopped for a rest at Monkey Island in Berkshire yesterday. The gruelling 140-mile swim has already seen Walliams struck down with a nasty stomach bug, which has been dubbed 'Thames tummy'.
