Amy Winehouse gets back on stage for Dionne Bromfield gig after shambolic Serbia set

  

AMY Winehouse made her return to the stage last night but avoided flexing the amazing vocal chords that made her famous in the first place.

Amy Winehouse received a rapturous applause at the Roundhouse in London when goddaughter Dionne Bromfield introduced her as a surprise guest.

But to the audience’s disappointment, the Camden resident refused to join in for Mama Said, instead choosing to replace Dionne’s backing dancers and bust a few moves of her own.

Although she looked rather bored during the tune, the star was over the moon about supporting her label artist and urged everyone to buy Dionne’s new album Good For The Soul.

The 14-year-old singer was The Wanted’s support act at their iTunes Festival show and welcomed Amy’s first professional appearance since ‘slurgate’ to her set.

The Rehab singer was forced to cancel her European tour last month following a gig in Serbia where she struggled to sing her words properly or even move around on the stage.
