Eva Mendes and Ryan Gosling have been dating since September 2011 and this New Year, the couple celebrated together and took time out to spend time with Gosling's mother. People magazine reported on Tuesday (January 3rd, 2012) that Ryan introduced Eva to his mother, Donna on New Year's Day, after celebrating at Manhattan's Bowery Hotel on New Year's Eve.

Their New Year's Day was spent watching a movie with Gosling's mother at the Amc movie theatre in uptown Manhattan. An onlooker said, "Ryan and Eva seemed very happy.While they waited for a cab outside the hotel, they kept kissing," Another source who saw them together at Los Angeles International Airport told the magazine's reporters "They kept kissing and hugging while they waited to board their flight, Eva looked gorgeous and kept smiling."

Before he started dating Eva Mendes, the star of Drive had previously dated both Sandra Bullock and Rachel Mcadams. Mendes, on the other hand, split up with her music producer boyfriend George Augusto in 2011. She had been dating him since 2002.
